Hello Skye!!I received my order today and I am so pleased with it. The style and packaging are gorgeous. This made opening the package a wonderful experience. Without even opening the box I could already smell the wonderful fragrances. I am so pleased I bought these items with you and will be doing again very soon. Im also very happy to support a kiwi and a small business owner. Currently have the 'Champagne and Strawberrys' in my wax melter and am just beyond thrilled. Just popped into the new store and it’s so great! So many great things to look at, but I’m particularly a fan of the candles - Caramel Vanilla is especially DIVINE, and the best thing about the candles is the scent is not only great, but it sticks around and makes your house sound amazing! Highly recommended. Definitely pop into the store when you can!

Ordered the Mum and Baby Balm. First of all super quick delivery, it arrived the next day which I was super happy about cause it was Easter that same weekend. Second the packaging was extra cute and the added touch of the letter makes it seem like your order really matters. Thirdly the product is nice and thick sort of like vaseline bt actually thicker, lasts longer and really moisturises. Will definitely be ordering again. So glad i came by this this website.

Extremely disappointing experience for me. My parcel had been with the courier for 9 days. Upon asking for help to resolve this, Kash made it clear to me it wasn't her problem and used the usual Covid cop-out. In fact, her contract is with the courier, it's her obligation to see the customer receives their goods. As a small business owner she should have been willing to help resolve this. She never even contacted the courier company, or followed through to see if I received the parcel. Shocking but not surprising that you'd blatantly lie in your response Kash. We both know you never followed through with me or the courier company. This review is completely justified. Perhaps do better.

We ordered a wax warmer and a variety of different wax melts. It arrived less than 2 days later and was everything we wanted and more! The scents are delicious and the warmer was exactly what we were looking for! Thanks so much for the great service!
