I engaged with Karl and the team at KN Construction to complete a recladafter discovering some rot in the timber framing of my plaster house. Itwas quite a stressful time not knowing what would be found behind thewalls. Karl & Kaycee talked me through the process and were realistic whenquoting the job, luckily we didn’t find any nasty surprises when thecladding came off so were able to use some of the timber allowance tostrengthen the roof structure and for extra insulation that was needed.Matt the Foreman on my job was great, he kept me informed everyday and madeit as stress free as possible living in the house while the building wasgoing on. Nothing was too much trouble as we made a couple of changesduring the job. The KN Construction team both on the tools and in theoffice were awesome to work with, bringing the project in on time andwithin budget (excluding variances I choose). They also managed theirsubbies and the building inspections well, with no stress for me. I’dhighly recommend working with the team at KN Construction.

KN Construction carried out a major renovation including digging out under the house to create a new bottom storey with bedroom, bathroom and rumpus room. They also renovated two other bathrooms, a living area, and built a substantial retaining wall on the boundary. The team on site were a pleasure to deal with and the job was finished to a high standard with great attention to detail. It was easy to work through any issues that arose as their communication and problem solving was excellent. They managed the great team of subcontractors efficiently. We would highly recommend KN Construction to anyone wanting a great builder.

Karl is very professional and prompt on our query, he follow up with us regularly and keeping us posted. Unfortunately, our circumstances change otherwise will go with him. Definitely will contact him again when our next project is ready.

Sure enough, Karl, Kaycee and the team delivered us a neat and tidy paved space before Christmas; and in about a month’s time, we have a lawn with green grass and pavers!We have no doubt that we will approach Karl again for our next few projects which we have already formulated in mind.
