Beautiful fish and chips! Best fish in chips in Auckland. Great customer service and fast to cook. Bought some for lunch break and bought the kids dinner because i live out west. Got to try their food its truly the best from the west to South Auckland Papakura. I think i saw them on the tv series Kura on tvnz.

Fresh fish served and cooked in clean oil. Salad freshly made , better not heavy, just the bestest taste.

Wow if you are looking for great takeaways the classic fish and chip takeaway. This is the place you want to stop at. Their fish is mouthwatering super fresh, delicious great flavor. Just the best place with tremendous prices worth the buy

Portions were small and when we opened up our fish and chips you could tell the fish was already fried but they refried it and not fresh also the sausage was burnt and small assssss chips. The fish burger was yuck too fish did not taste fresh at all and dry never going to eat there again if anything I would have a 0 start -5 for this takeaway place

While service was great that’s all that was. Fish was not cooked and a handful of chips was a joke. Won’t be going back or recommend.

Grumpy's is by far the best Fish N Chip shop in Papakura. My husband and I have been regular customers for a number of years, and we can honestly say that we have never had a bad experience with their yummy food. Once you have tried out Grumpy's food, you won't be happy with anything else!
