For the last 10 years Joshua and his team have completed over 500 foundation designs in Canterbury for TC1, TC2 and TC3 sites for all our buildings, these include garages, sleepouts, dwellings and commercial buildings.Over this time the designs have been fairly standard and very cost effective making it easy to provide reasonably accurate foundation costs to the client before the design has been received.
