Fantastic customer service, they were super accommodating when they ended up not having the helmet I ordered and offered a suitable replacement at no extra cost!Staff were super knowledgeable on the questions I asked and were quick with communications 10/10 would recommend.

Very helpful over the phone. I ordered an incorrect item. They were happy to exchange it, add an extra and didn't even charge for shipping! I wish more businesses were as good as this.Can absolutely recommend!

Hi Motozone,I don't normally do the review thing but I just feel the need on this occasion. Your trade me site boasts as having fast shipping and for this reason I purchased the goods. However it took 2 full days for the item just to leave from you. This means it will now be nearly a week to receive my item. This is not fast shipping my friends. Ship it the same day like many others do and we'll call it fast ok.
