Why are you able to take money out of the account during the holiday period, but when it comes to depositing you do it at the last possible time of the day after the public holidays?Where is that money in the meantime, I though EFTPOS meant electronic funds transfer at the point of sale, but apparently it is more like, we take your money hold on to it as long as possible for our own gain, then deposit it at the LATEST possible time.Why in the 21st century are these things not automatic????Daylight robbery

Bad service.Went on a Saturday to make EFTPOS for our 13 year old who has a joint account with the mum, were told to bring her passport so we went home and came back then told to get proof of address. She's 13 living with us. And we are long time kiwibank customers.We were told that her EFTPOS card will be sent to our home address within 10 days, but nothing arrived.The person who attended to us at kiwibank were so distracted, she even spoke in a non English language to her colleague in our presence. There was a child in one of the office.A month later we went to the northwest branch and got her card done in 30 minutes.Never going to westcity branch again!

Kiwi bank now shifted from it's old place unfortunately no post office dealings any more with kiwi bank.Kiwi bank still situated inside the mall.Wheelchair accessible entry

We recently purchased a newbuilt home in Henderson, and it ended up being overly complicated. Jay at The Henderson Branch was extremely helpful and even took time on her days off to help us. Her customer service is immaculate and our first home purchase might have fallen through without her. We will be doing all of our banking and other services with Kiwibank from now on. Highly recommended.

Very helpful staff. I find I can't stay there long, something about the building leaves me feeling faint, but otherwise it's a good store, knowledgeable staff and quick to sort out any mistakes they've made.

Nice team there. Went a few years back for a home loan and found them really approachable. That hasn’t changed in this branch. It’s also nice to have a place to talk to actual people especially re banking questions. Thanks for your warm welcome and getting our issues sorted

Akash was so accommodating and helpful. Unlike before, When you do not have to make an appointment to create a bank account even Kiwibank themselves in other branches. As we walked-in this Westcity branch, Akash greeted us with warm welcome and assisted us to create two bank accounts for my friends who just came a day after they arrived here in New Zealand along with bringing proper documentations like ID's and proof of address which I prepared for my friends.
