Dean Auto Repairs

New WOF today. They are cheating. They couldn't find a single fault and they pointed out the head lump is not bright and some surface underneath is rust and needs to be painted to pass the WOF.They just spray the rust area and just rub the lump one touch. They tried to charge $450 for 10 mins of work and did nothing. Then, they robbed $300. Never come back again.

It Is ZERO stars!VERY RUDE owner, GREEDY AND LIE, The original deal was 4 new tires fitted+alignment($400+$80), prepaid. he did not do the alignment and was not wanna tell me, lucky I asked him before swipe my card to make the second payment for break parts, he said he did not have time to do it and ask me to bring my car back again next week. FRAUD!!! I asked refund of the alignment, he starting play the number game of GST, only trying to refund me $27.5 of $80, very Greedy, trying to be SMART??? I refused, then his staff rob my car key and do not let me go, had to call the Police even it is useless. SMACKED on my phone when I was taking a photo, SCRATCH my arm. I will go to professional and qualified garage to check their work and keep my right to suit them！！！

As always a wonderful expirence with Ravi. Always expands everything what he is doing and always at a reasonable price. Will always be using the same organisation.

I came here for my wof a few weeks ago and it was super easy and quick. Two of the lovely mechanics worked on my car at the same time so was great as I didn’t have to be away from work too long. Today I had an emergency where a elderly relative needed a hand with a jump start and the owner was kind enough to lent me a jump starter to help. 10/10 service!

Made an appointment over the phone along with getting a quote, as soon I turned with a BMW the price automatically went up because they consider a standard M14 nut requires a special tool. Buyer beware, if the opportunity they'll attempt to take advantage. Dodge town. I can see a pattern forming here.

would not return or recommend, didnt even have a choice to pick him this time.- Wouldn't give me quote of the repairs.- Gave themselves unrealistic time frames - 4 days turned into 2 weeks.- Unprepared when i turned up to drop my car. Loan car was not ready, when it was it has no petrol.- Didn't contact me when there were delays. I had to contact them.- Broke off my car logo and didn't attach it back on properly - acted oblivious when i called back to call him out on it.- Damaged the car logo and didn't bother to repaint it.- Hand prints all over the car, they said they needed an afternoon to clean up"?????????? still wondering what they were "cleaning"Wondering if they did proper repairs or if I need another panel beater to check everything.would not be surprised if they only fixed what you can see from the outside.1 star for the bumper and paint job i guess

Mian is great to dealt with. He fixed my wiper blades and replace one my rear light including WoF for $350. Surely will come back and recommend for friends. Cheers.

Got my car repaired for a good price and they showed me what needed to be repaired. They were quick with the fix and I got a WOF and I could go back to work.
