I hate to post a 1 star. I'm in Kerikeri and have no transport so I have used Kerikeri taxis many times. When it works it is a fine and five star experience with friendly drivers. Because on Thursday for the 3rd time I was left high and dry waiting in the rain for a taxi (booked less than 2 hours before) that didn't come, 4 phone calls and a text not answered, and still not answered I have to say it like it is. Being stranded is a humiliating experience and also a scary one. Service needs to get better, much better. Very disappointed and yes, angry too.

Absolutely great service, cannot recommend highly enough! They are very friendly, quick response, on time, provide the best price around this area. The most best thing, we would like to change our plan and ask them to pick us up one hour earlier they had totally no problem with that and acted fast! Thanks so much!

Booking online was super easy and was confirmed really quickly. My driver arrived slightly earlier than I booked, which was fabulous because I finished work earlier than expected.My driver was a lovely lady and we had a really interesting conversation about all sorts of things. I was actually a little sad when we got to my home and I had to say goodbye.(I forgot to ask her name but she has a 23 golf handicap!)Highly recommend this service and will definitely use Kerikeri taxis again.Thanks so much.
