I absolutely had an awesome first time experience at The Lash Room. My lash assistant was Elle and she had such a calm and professional approach. She talked me through the whole process from start to finish. She gave me tips on what to do. I throughly enjoyed the entire experience.Even the decor of the business was so inviting and it gave a very professional ambience right from when I stepped in through the door.I would highly recommend them to anyone needing beauty related services. You’ll be well taken care of from the start.

oh my! i absolutely love this place! i've had a lash lift from here a couple times now and every experience has been amazing! lovely professional staff, beautiful and clean space and just an overall super positive experience. their lash serum did wonders for my lashes as well, so if you're looking to get your lashes done, make sure you book with them!!

Got the classic natural set of eyelash extensions with Courtenay and she did an amazing job so quick and efficient and they look amazing! Definitely be back again :)

Lash room is by far the best place to get your lashes. Whenever I’m visiting Auckland, I always try and book an appointment. The ponsonby location is stunning. The lashes are such amazing quality. I usually get the diva set (which you won’t be disappointed) but got the classic Russian set done this time with Renee and love it. She did an excellent job and was super friendly and easy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend.

Very disappointing experience!My appointment was booked for 3:15 p.m., but I ended up waiting for 25 minutes before it was my turn. FYI, a customer's time is just as precious as yours.What was even more infuriating was that I only received a half-hearted apology for the long wait and a very rushed, unsatisfactory lash experience to top it off.A yumi lash is advertised as lasting 60 minutes, but my entire appointment, from start to finish, was 40 minutes. The technician was clearly in a rush to finish on time, as she rushed through the entire appointment. An appointment that was reduced from 60 minutes to 40 minutes would mean the products clearly wouldn't have enough processing time. Added to that, the technician was rough and careless with my skin and eye area, rubbing far too vigorously, especially towards the end. Also, upon closer inspection at home, I can see the inner lashes have not been properly lifted, and the overall lift was not as full as in my past experiences.I have had many lash experiences in the past and have never been treated so carelessly.I would be surprised if this lash lift lasts at all.I can't help but wonder if the owner's is money greedy; is that why she scheduled me in when I asked for a last-minute appointment? It's clear the shop does not have staffing capacity, so why would you make an appointment when you can't provide your full service?I would not be returning to your store, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.It was the worst experience ever and a complete waste of my time and money.I would give this place a negative rating if I could. Customer service is truly lacking.

Had my lashes done yesterday & not only did I sleep through it, I woke up to the nicest natural lashes I’ve ever had. I’m more impressed by the length and curl she recommended after I explained what type of person I am. Best lashes I’ve had in a while!!

The premises was clean and modern. It looked beautiful. Chloe was fantastic! Very professional and friendly. She did a magnificent job! She was gentle and I didn’t have any discomfort. My eyes did not burn at all and she made them look fantastic! I love my lashes!
