Rachael is amazing! I needed to refinance my mortgage and Rachael made the whole process easy and painless. I felt like she actually cared and did her best for me and my circumstances. Rachael was in touch with me throughout the whole process and even when everything was finalised she still took the time to follow up with me to make sure all went ok. Will definitely be going back to Rachael when my fixed rate comes up for review.

This is just my experience, I don't know much about the world of financial loans, but I've learned that it is hard, and to try to avoid needing a loan if you can. Be financially independent. The world of loans and banks and mortgages still to this day does not see eye-to-eye with people who are self-employed. And apparently, to banks, the ability to consistently service a loan, and the track record of having done so steadily for years, without having missed a single payment, means next to nothing. I am truly thankful that we had such a positive, can-do mortgage adviser on our side, otherwise we would never have gotten our new piece of land. I look forward to relaxing after all this admin, and building our new home and life upon it.
