Glenn explains things so that I can understand and listens to what I want to achieve so that he can help me find the best computer solution for my personal needs - friendly and greatly appreciated. My computer crashed, but Glenn had sourced a good new one that suited my needs and transferred my old files - all in just over 24 hours and at a very reasonable cost.
