A total waste of $250! I had keratin hair straightening done after being told it lasted at least three months - it hardly lasted a week. I was really excited for it so now I‘m left disappointed and feeling scammed. Also after this poor result, I was never offered or given a refund.

Hadn’t had my hair touched for about 5 years. Was very thick and had split ends. The service was amazing. My hair is so much lighter and feels and looks so good! Highly recommend.

Get my hair cut like twice a year and this is the best snip I've had in a decade.Customer service was pretty nice. They gave me water. Liked the small talk.Also it was a really humid morning so I sweated like a wet fish. They were cool and about it though.

I came in to Headquarters George Street on Wednesday. I got a cut and style done. The cut was fine but there are other parts of the service I received that I am completely unhappy with. Firstly, the man who washed my hair was extremely rough and has left bruises on my scalp. Secondly, I have burns on my scalp from my hair being dried. I asked for a blow wave and instead received a scalding hair dry with no care for my pulling away and saying ouch. Thirdly, the curls put in my hair were fine, but I would have appreciated a proper blow wave with only a few curls as asked for. Much prefer the service at centre City.

I got my first ever balayage done by Shanna at Head Quarters on George street. I am so, so stoked with the results! Shanna was so helpful with all of the questions I had and was able to help me choose the services that best suited my hair. Will definitely be going back :)
