Outstanding! Conversed with mell mid morning , discussed the problem, he diagnosed it, turned up early afternoon and knew exactly what to do. Next thing i knew he repaired my gun on the spot. As mentioned in the outset. Outstanding..this gentleman is fast,!Knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I recommend this service to anybody, who is looking for the best service possible, , he is honest and fair especially when it comes to price.! So so happy i called this guy today for the repair. Fantastic service from Mel. Very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Door to door service and fast turn around time. This came after I had terrible experience with another railgun service agent who was happy to overcharge me for parts that were not needed. Mel was so good, honest and reliable. I highly recommend Mel's nail guns.

Probably the best service I've received for anything trade related. The pick up and drop-off service is excellent. Mel does more than service, he literally takes the gun apart and cleans every component before reassembling. My nail gun is working like a brand new tool. Mel was awesome and gave me excellent advice. Would definitely recommend.

Paslode stopped working, so called Mel and broke out hammer and nails! Before I got far, Mel arrived on site and quickly stripped down the afflicted tool revealing the broken part. A replacement was selected from his inventory, and the gun was cleaned, lubed and reassembled to better condition than when it was new. He then gave another nail gun a quick tune up.The service was brilliant - fast, knowledgeable and explaining what the problems were. Couldn't have asked for better!

The theme that you see in other reviews about Mel are right on the money. I am not in the trade but greatly appreciated Mel taking some time not only to service the gun but give me some advice around how best to operate and maintain it. Service was exceptional and Mel was true to his word. A real craftsman at work when you watch him strip the gun part!!

Best service ever. Mel is the man. Came to my house despite me standing him up the day before. He diagnosed my dud battery in no time flat, disassembled and lubricated my gun while he was at it, saved me 72% on the retail price of a replacement battery (with a better product), and my nail gun is now working perfectly. I'm still shaking my head.
