Worryproof Agent Tina. The whole selling process was excellent since Tina organised everything so well. I'm not a local seller and completely relied on her to coordinate all parties, including property manager & tenants, photographer, staging specialist, mower etc. And whatever the favour we asked, she's always there and helped us get things sorted. I will definitely use her to be my agent if I want to buy or sell again!

Top notch service. We listed our property with another agent who could not sell our property and devalued it with his unprofessionalism.Then our friends recommended sandep sharma. We then relisted with sandep sharma. That was our one of the best decision. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He has worked beyond our expectations to sell the house. I have been dealing with Annemarie and she has been absolutely amazing! My friend and I have been house hunting for the last 10 months, and whenever a house came up that she thought would be suitable, we got a call and checked it out with her. They answered any and all questions and went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Zay gave us realistic expectations and then delivered on them. The team at Harcourts went above and beyond to help us out with Staging etc. the sale wasn’t without false starts and difficulties but then team was amazing start to finish.I can’t recommend Zay and her team highly enough. Hard working, dedicated (I felt like we were their only vendors but know we weren’t) honest and able to have a laugh with us. We were a great team. A personal and professional service. John and I were greatly impressed by Shelleys personable, professional service she gave us. We were well taken care of with excellent communication with us on every step of the process. She genuinely cares about the people and the stress they can go through and wanted to see the buyer or seller fulfill their dreams. She was always available whenever we needed to talk, if not immediately it was not long before we heard from her. Because of Shelley the process was not as stressful as it could of been.
