Fantastic products. Good after sale service and advice

We have had nothing but poor service, broken promises and a complete failure in their installed system, now MONTHS after the installation we still have no Solar system.No COC was provided, no inspection sign off and most of the work was carried out by unlicensed electrical workers, our qualified electrician won't even touch their work at this point!!Blackbox are full of broken promises and have consistently provided poor service, they never turn up when promised and the install took months... and we were even stupid enough to give them a second chance and they broke their prompt service promise yet again......hopeless!!I strongly suggest you take your business to a professional outfit and leave these cowboys alone..

DO NOT USE. Carried out inspection work for them that completely failed twice, they ended up using a dodgy inspector to get the installation signed off as the customers had spent about $70k on an inferior system and installation. Electrician who carried out the installation told me I was being paid to pass the inspection". Have never seen a system with so many issues
