There were three staff members at the store and they were more involved in gossiping with each other instead of helping any customers. Very bad service compared to the other stores in Albany Westfield. I purchased a face cream for myself but now I’m not sure if I made the right purchase either.

I love body shop but gutted it's no longer offering 500ml tubs. Not sure how I feel about that. Service was good too.

The shop is easy to locate and the staff is very friendly. I always come to this shop in Auckland when I buy The body shop product. I have been using this product for 25 years and never changed the choice... White musk is one of the best. The other best part, they do not testing the product on the animal.

I have been purchasing Body Shop products for years and still like this brand. However, I find the website impossible to navigate! I have complained about this regularly over the past couple of years but nothing changes. As I have a mobility problem it is not always possible to go into your shop so shopping online would be my first option. I really wish you would review your website and improve it. Thank you.

Very welcoming and friendly. Helpful with product info and also offered to split transaction payments so that vouchers earned could be used on the day.

I came in tonight at around 6:30pm and was greeted straight away by one of the lovely sales rep who straight away knew what to recommend me. She even gave me a few samples to take home and try for a week to see if I like it before I buy it! I don't usually leave reviews but I am so impressed by the customer service at the body shop that I just had to say something! Thank you for helping me! my skin feels amazing.
