Loved the place, the massage and facial by Natalia was one of the best , if not the best I ever had. She was attentive, the right pressure and just amazing.One note though about the music, There was a strange mix of Hindi mantras and some strange selection of music that may have been slow, but I didn't feel that was right for a relaxing massage. I often felt as if I am in an Ashram in India. Please pay attention to this small but significant detail. An update to your receptionists would be appreciated, none of them was particularly friendly or attentive.

Lovely spa setting similar to their Bali location with light interiors all sparkling clean and inviting. Got my finger and toe nails gel polished and they lasted for over a month!

I was given a voucher for my birthday and was excited for a facial. I arrived to the receptionist giggling upon my arrived. I think they thought my name was humorous which I did not appreciate. The facial was fine, though there was no consultation before. The head massage was lovely, but ultimately it was someone washing my face for $130. There was no steam or extraction. There is no atmosphere and it’s not very relaxing. I will not be recommending to anyone. All style and no substance.

Poor customer service and a sub-par experience for the price. I received a text message 30 minutes before my appointment, I was already on route, to notify me that my appointment had been cancelled due staff issues. Lack of care for their customers. I sent feedback by email and received no response. I would not recommend.

Went for a half day session here that included Massage, facial and Reflexology sessions. All were great. People were super friendly and the treatments were spot-on.Well worth it. Thanks!

I visited Spring spa for the first time today and it was great! Big smile from the receptionist and a great lounge to sit and wait for your appointment. The massage was fully immersive with relaxing aromas and music that sends me to Bali.Finished and had a glass of wine at Prego next door after..Bonus!!

Best pedicure I've ever had! Much more relaxing and lush than regular nail salons. Book in advance, though it can get busy.

Had a 2hr massage and facial. Absolutely Devine. Denny(not sure of spelling) did an amazing job I didn't want my time to end.
