Really helpful mechanics here. Can be scary trusting a mechanic as a lady who knows nothing about my cars, but they are fabulous here. Took the time to explain my service, what they did and why and was a great affordable price compared to the other garages close by. Glad I have finally found a trust worthy mechanic who doesnt take advantage of me. Thanks so much

Major hassle with the garage staff. Z for me. The guy is a major malfunction...keeps inventing problems and very rude. After trying to support local business ( the guys behind the desk super cool ) I got a different story every time. I'm complaining to NZTA about him.

I have continued to use Fitroys services after being introduced to them via old workplace, they are very kind and honest and happy to talk through issues. Lovely staff who have always been welcoming. Im fussy with whom I trust to do work on any of my cars, so thank you to all staff at Fitzroy.

Would not recommend going there. I got my brakes replaced there and then I had problems with then squealing extremely bad. So I took it back and was charged for them to look at there mistakes. They said there was nothing wrong yet that was a lie. Had to get them repositioned. I had booked in my wof aswell to come back after one hour and 23 minutes to not only find out they charged me to look at the breaks that they replaced they also undone my sons carseat when threw my personal belongings. So not only did they charge me for something that I should not have been charged they went threw my belongings
