Rentalcars 247 -Auckland Airport Rental Cars 24 hours

So glad I found this company for my recent hire car needs last week while in Auckland. Their rates are fantastic, the late model Toyota Corolla I hired was in immaculate condition and drove faultlessly and the pick up and drop off experiences were both effortless. I will definitely be using them every time in future. Keep up the great service. Five stars and two thumbs up :)

i have top experience with them, from airport shuttle pickup the driver provided us some local information, and on departure the driver delivery us very on time to the airport even with traffic jam, the driver know how to avoiding it.another warm tin they have done is my sunglasses has left in the car, they have help me packing it and label it for courier pickup.highly recommended!Thanks

Needed a bigger vehicle for 5 adults and luggage for a few days away to Hawkes Bay from Auckland. Clean car, exactly as described which suited our needs perfectly. Staff extremely helpful with answering queries. Staff member, Fauziyah was accommodating, very pleasant, most welcoming and helpful! Would definitely use company again.

Rented a vehicle (as did my parents) for a long weekend in Auckland. Not only are these the best prices your probably find in Auckland but the cars were perfect/clean - literally no problems with them what-so-ever. The staff were equally awesome - rung a few times to clarify things and they were also timely and happy to help. Shuttle also runs frequently, so no waiting around. Would definitely recommend to everyone - they have a huge selection of vehicles to choose from also. 10 STARS

Fauzia and Helen made our life so easy and communicated beautifully. Great cars and very well maintained specially in this rainy and flash flooding season. Our family had a safe ride and drove the whole North Island and when we travel the South Island we will book with them again. Highly recommended...

Perfect! From go to whoa it was an experience in customer service and satisfaction. Pick up was a breeze, car was just awesome (Yaris) and drop off easy as. These guys have it down to a fine art, so happy to have found Rental Cars 247 and will be my go to from now one

They changed me extra after the car had been returned with no explanations. Had to ring them to see what was going on. Tried to charge me for extra days. Would not trust really disappointed

I would rate 0 star if I can. It took me 1 hour and 6 calls to get in touch with them.The map and all informations they provided were extremely confusing, and the shuttle bus never came we arrived at 6am and waited for 1 and a half hour for nothing, ended up calling an Uber to get there.Terrible experience, never gonna do it again. If you still wanna do it, make sure you have 200% time and 2000% patient.

We have rented a car from 247 multiple times and I have to say not only are their prices very reasonable but their service has been outstanding every single time!!We had a small issue where we were given another persons car who had the same surname as us they contacted us and asked us to come back. It was a Friday night. When we went back Fauziyah had already left for the day but she answered the call after hours, was super helpful as were the rest of the staff and she made sure we were given the correct car and then she made sure we received our refund straight away on the Monday morning. I could not recommend them highly enough!!
