Absolutely awful service. Called multiple times today. Had to leave a message then got a call back from lady who did not let me get a word in and stressed me out even more than needed. Then hung up on me. Not happy will be going somewhere else.

I visited the dentist this morning and had a very pleasant experience. It's not often you can say that after visiting the dentist! Firstly the receptionist was very friendly and had a chat when I was waiting to see the dentist. The dentist and dental nurse were very professional and worked quickly, also having a nice chat when waiting for anaesthestic to kick in which definitely made me feel more relaxed. The work itself seems really good, very clean, I can hardly feel a difference in my mouth (filling on the outside of my tooth) partner couldn't even tell which tooth had been worked on. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

All 3 team members I dealt with, the receptionist, the nurse and dentist made my experience so much better than I’ve had before at other practices.

your reply has made me change my mind - 3 small xray images - not named, and not the full mouth - I took out a loan for two of my family members - id show you the one we received from Kerry Hamilton Dental Surgery - but it would embarrass you

Highly recommend, easy booking, very informative, clean, welcoming and pain free dental work.

Most unpleasant receptionists, most unhelpful with a long way to go to learn to smile and be welcoming. I literally left half way through filling my patient form with the intention not to come back and look for another place.

Hated going to the Dentist but lumino on lemon street made me feel so at ease from the time I walked in to see Lisa on the front desk to meeting Dominic Firkin my Dentist I was well looked after I would recommend to anyone to go there thankyou so much for what you have done for me
