Karl & The Watermelon Team did a superb job installing my Shadowspec Umbrella. Great product, great team, 100% recommended.

We contacted Watermelon Shades to install an awning over a courtyard area - they turned up the next day to look at the site and measure, a quote received the next day and was installed within a month. Excellent communication throughout, friendly and efficient team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Watermelon to anyone else.

They put up good, strong, lovely colour shades as requested. However we are having problems with the sun coming from difficult angles. Particularly the kitchen window the sun still blasts in and I still have to keep the inside blind down permanently.At the end of last year and again at the beginning of this year I have left messages requesting visits to discuss possible solutions and have not had replies.We paid for the blinds promptly as requested despite the issues.I don't feel this is adequate follow up service.Thanks.

The ZipTrak pull-down shade system was a functional and esthetic solution to a privacy issue that I had with a neighbor living in close proximity to my house in Christchurch.
