Mitch and Mana’s professionalism and commitment to getting our house sold could not be faulted. Mitchell fitted around us and our requirements and tight timeframes, always communicating and updating us throughout the process. I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents in the past and none have compared to the experience we have had with Mitch and Mana.

Mitchell and Mana are two of the most unprofessional agents I have ever met with quite the history on the REA decision database including unsatisfactory conduct. My experience is the process of how they run their deadline sales (100% of their sales are deadlines, this is clearly so they can manipulate the process). I went through an open home recently, I ran into a friend who was there with another Harcourts agent...after the open home i was asked for my feedback, I loved the home but assumed it would be out of my budget...I was then asked what my budget was (I shared this). A week later I get a call from Mana advising that the deadline has been brought forward, I was asked again if I had interest...when I mentioned that I again thought it was out of my budget I was advised that the offer that was received and that brought the deadline forward was less than the budget I had discussed in the previous conversation. Knowing that this is a breach of disclosure obligations I did not proceed, however I called the friend who I had seen at the open home and asked if she had a similar experience....she advised me that she was in fact the one to bring the deadline forward.!!!!!!! These two are white collar criminals, it is only a matter of time before their dodgy antics see them lose their ability to practice. They have managed to get a reputation as two of the most untrustworthy real estate agents in New Zealand and I would not trust them to sell a glass of water.Avoid at all costs! Interestingly the number that I was called on is my business number which is automatically recorded for quality and training purposes, perhaps these two aren't aware that their antics have been recorded and I am now in the process of transmitting this complaint and associated evidence to the REA.

Mitch and Mana won me over with their very professional pitch and obvious passion for selling houses. The strategy they proposed was delivered well and showed true insight into the canterbury property market. During the sale I dealt mainly with Mana who I felt went the extra mile to succeed with a very satisfying outcome. I would most definitely use Mitch and Mana again to sell a property.

Our experience of working with Mitch and Mana has been exceptional. The entire process has been handled professionally and proficiently, with clear communication and prompt responses to any query we had throughout. Our expectations were met and exceeded at every level and we knew we had a focussed and hard-working team from the very beginning, fronted by Mitch who was nothing less than outstanding. We have been impressed with the support we received from the whole team and appreciated how approachable they have been with even the smallest question. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Mitch and Mana without hesitation.

I bought my first home through this branch coming up 3 years ago. I had no follow up once the sale was confirmed and despite sending a follow up review of my experience to a higher contact have still received minimal/no contact. Buying my first home was exciting but compared to what friends reported with their agents and the celebration of this achievement I did not receive this from this group. Very disappointing

We had a great experience with Nathan, he was the listing agent for a property we showed initial interest in, that property turned out to not be suitable but Nathan went the extra mile to show us several other properties. We found one that we loved and he then helped us with the negotiating to bring the property forward to auction, and then bid on our behalf at the auction. His advice and knowledge was pivotal to securing the property at the best price that was possible. He kept in touch regularly, and was quick to reply to query's. Buying is a potentially stressful experience, particularly at auction but Nathan made it a pleasurable experience with even a few laughs on the way! Wouldn't hesitate to use Nathan again in a professional capacity - buying or selling!
