My dealings with Propertyscouts Auckland Metro have been absolutely fantastic so far. I have recently begun renting an apartment through them. Communication is excellent, prompt and professional. Ryan has gone over and above to make the apartment more homely, welcoming and comfortable for me. He has worked very hard to accommodate me and has happily, patiently answered my many questions!! From a Contractors point of view. Great communications and prompt response to emails and calls. Tara and team are easy to work with. Propertyscouts is by far the best property management company I’ve ever leased from. They are on top of everything, down to earth, approachable and know their stuff. If we have any small issues with the house they are sorted quickly and communication is always kept. All the administration of signing the lease was clear and fair and anything along the way has been easy and stress free. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! Special shout out to Tara for going above and beyond for us.

The best property manager we had in 12 years of NZ!! Tara is so easy to deal with, she proactively manages the property going above and beyond the maintenance required by any ageing property. She identifies pain points and resolves anything before it becomes an issue. She listens to our concerns and takes in consideration all the relevant aspects of each side, landlord and tenants alike. She is polite, efficient and we never had to wait for a response. When she is not able to get a response for us in less than a couple of days, she usually message us to let us know, so we never felt we were left out.

DO NOT USE.- curtains did not close 6 inches from the bottom, so neighbours could see straight in- no toilet roll holders- falsely advertised wifiRyan also used misleading photos to show the room. So when looking back at photos to decide it was an ill representationWhen I complained about the wifi it took Ryan 2 weeks and multiple emails and messages to help me out. He fixed it with a new router and then asked for it back a week later.I found a new Tennant to take over the lease and he charged me $308 fee for him doing the paperwork. I will remove this review when this fee is removed.
