I sent in a query in the last week of May to which I received and immediate response. I was asked to send in blood test results which I immediately did and was told they would get back to me. It is now almost JULY and I still have had no come back.WOW. Good thing I have not had severe Covid and have been waiting for their response !!!!!!

Great pharmacy, they remember my name and are quick to sort any issues out. Warm and friendly staff and they don't discriminate against my medical condition that requires restricted medication, as can be the case with other pharmacies, often people with my condition are looked at as suspicious. So all this makes me feel very at ease each time I'm there.Thank you!

My husband burnt himself this afternoon from a boiling radiator. I took him to stay well after running cold water on the wound for several minutes. Just wanted to know what the best course of action was. The Pharmacist was amazing. He ended up dressing the wound for us and giving instructions on future treatment. I have been a customer of Staywell for a long time now and would recommend them to whoever reads this.

As a father with two young kids I highly recommend Mark and his crew of polite and honest crew at staywell. With a young family I'm always looking for best way to keep them healthy. Absolute unreal service! it makes me never want to go back to any other pharmacy again. I started on new medication today & Mark ran me through every little detail. The service is like no other, absolutely no comparison. I don’t live in Hornby but I am more than happy to travel to Hornby for service like this!

It is always a delight and often a surprise when someone goes out of their way to help others in need. Mark came to the airport on a Sunday morning to bring needed medication for my wife as we arrived from Auckland and were continuing on down south.
