We hired Kelly for our grandmothers 80th birthday to take a family photo as it was the first time we have all been together as we live all over the country and in Australia. We hired her for an hour so she took other photos of the event for us. While the photos we received were great, we were disappointed when we were not sent the family photo which was the whole reason for hiring a photographer in the first place. I emailed Kelly and requested the photo but was told she sent us all the photos. As we did not receive the family photo that we all remember clearly posing for I obviously wasn't sent all the photos.Kelly said she gave us 31 photos even though she only charged us for 20 photos. Although this was true, it was more important to us that we received the one family photo than any of the others and we never asked for 31 photos at any point.Kelly has said she hasn't deleted any photos and wasn't pretending to take the photo yet still keeps insisting she has sent us all the photos which she hasn't. Maybe the photo was poor quality, maybe she accidentally deleted it.. whatever the reason we have not received it.Even after not receiving the photo I was still going to give her 3 stars however during my email conversations with her I haven't received a clear answer as to what happened to the photo, I have been told if the photo was that important to me I would have emailed her for it that day (which again is not true as anyone who has used a photographer before knows you typically have a wait period for photo editing), and just in general have been rather upset with her continual denial of taking the photo. We hired her knowing she had good reviews and were really disappointed that we didn't have that same experience. She did offer to retake the photo at no cost however everyone has already gone back to the South Island, Australia ect.overall the photos we received w ere great but missing the one photo and probably the only chance we will ever have to take that photo was very disappointing and the communication after was not ideal.

Hiring Kelly was the best decision we made for our wedding day! She is a true professional and was very communicative throughout the entire shooting process, which was a huge help (seriously!), and she was also extremely accommodating to all of our needs. During our big day, she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, and truly listened to what was most important to us. When we received our wedding photos back, we were left speechless at how stunning each and every picture came out!She's a pro and I will definitely recommend.

Kelly was super friendly and responsive in her email communication. I booked her for an hour for a solo session and hadn’t done anything like this before. She was very friendly and relaxed and made me feel comfortable and gave me pointers on how to pose. The photos turned out great!

Had a lovely shoot with Kelly. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was flexible and worked with me through a short notice shoot and bad weather and provided the images earlier than expected. Awesome to work with.
