Great machines, fast, modern & efficient & kind on the clothing. Only issue was the clothes didn’t smell of any cleaning product afterwards. I feel like the washing liquid may have run out but there is no way of checking. Prefer to be able to add the wash liquid or powder ourselves to be sure. Wondering can we add our own product if we use them again?

Immaculately kept facility. Friendly owner. Easy to use, eftpos or credit to pay. In light of the price being high at $10 per load to wash/dry (cheaper for small load) the wash includes washing liquid and we had no issues with marks or fluff (as the competing laundromat purportedly has issues with).

$5 to wash a small load that didn't smell like it had been cleaned at all. Unable to add own washing detergent. $5 for a 20 minute dry and clothes came out wet. Had to put them back in for another 40 minutes ($10) and clothes were still damp. Waste of $20.

Just a waste of money ! First review ever I leave somewhere ! I spent 15$ for a 8kg wash (5$ washing + 10$ drying) and its not clean nor dry ! Just a shame, we finished drying our machine at Lizzy's laundry, way better there !

Convenient 24h laundry. Machines wash and dry perfectly. Considerably expensive, but I guess that’s the result of the limited offer of laundries in Hokitika.
