Had some carpet installed this week by TFW. Such an easy and painless process and very cost effective. Pleased I took the advice to get better quality carpet. Thanks team, new carpet, got to love it.

An easy process from start to finish. Dealing with Toni, the quote process and the installation. The install was quick and really well done. Peter has done an amazing job with detail for finish. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for any future projects.

He was extremely professional , knowledgable about the product and went out of his way to look for testing companies.Dan put the lino down for us and he was very nice to deal with also. Quick, efficient and courteous. What a refreshing change from the usual botch and bull treatment that passes as service in the world of carpet sales. The two ladies in the show room know what they're doing to a tee: the stock is a known entity and there is good communication between the various left and right hand operations which see the whole process going smoothly from store room to fitting. They know what they've got, you can see their stock, they know their game and it all comes together well. This is how all carpet retailing should be. Sadly, these ladies are the exception. If you are fed up with quotes that are a waste of time for carpet that doesn't exist, lazy lies, delays, botched ordering and rude, unprofessional customer service, then thank God for this store. Look no further: the carpet ladies here will see you right.

Many thanks to the Lisa & her team for helping me pick out a good carpet at a great price. I got another installer to install due to time constraints, and they were more than happy to accommodate and have the carpets cut to the lengths the installer specified. All this over a long weekend when a lot of their staff were off.They also represent a lot of quality NZ brands, which is great :-)
