With gyms, it's often hard to find one where the owners walk the walk and actually care. 318 is a gem. With a massive floor plan, there is something for everyone, whether you're a heavy lifter or into your cardio. We were visiting for a powerlifting competition, and we felt right at home and there was still room for members to come and train. I recommend this gym and would be my gym if I lived local

No frills fitness & has all the equipment required. Has a kenesiologist within the gym which is ultra fantastic as I have never seen this before. Check out the kenesiologist Brent
