Went in to look for some engine oil, and accidentally went a little too far back and got eyed out by the whole team and yelled at that I can't go back there even though it was a complete accident. Someone needs to teach them basic customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not on

I went into this store, 3 people their all on the phone, eventually one chap decides to serve me and I tell him what I'm looking for. He then says, go on line and get the part number and come back. I then describe the part to him. He then says, I'm too busy to help you with this"Must be nice

Why don't you have prices on your products and how come you're advertised prices don't include GST? Seems a bit suspect to me, could at least tell your customers what they'll be spending before they're at the counter being asked for their money.
