Quick friendly service. couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely use again.

The job done took 2 hours longer than originally advised. The female staff member was brusque and condescending from the outset. If we hadn't insisted, they would have sent us away with a half finished job as they didn't have the correct clips for our car. Luckily, another staff member arrived and had the clips, otherwise I don't know what we would have done as we weren't from the area and still had a further 4 hours travelling to do. When we travelled on we heard a buzzing coming from the windscreen. It turned out that the windscreen wipers weren't just not bolted on properly, they were on the wrong side than which they should have been attached. I can tolerate many hiccups in the delivery of a service if the costumer care is good. This was not good customer care or service. They were unapologetic and, frankly, didn't care. I would never use them again.

Service was prompt and first class. And no hassle getting a appointment. Not like there competitors which you have to book online and any variation turns into a nightmare

A quick job required at level 3 and glass quickly ordered and fitted on a Saturday. Very helpful and professional, would recommend when other Companies failed to even get back to me.

Quick service. Service wasn't all that friendly. She also left gunk marks on windscreen even though she did attempt to clean the windscreen. I had two chips done. All and all I'm glad I called in

Michele was so awesome and accommodating! They got me in asap and provided after hrs service due to my work schedule. They rang me promptly to let me know when my car would be ready for pick up which was very helpful to plan my route. Then, they even left lollies in my front seat with the receipt! Such a lovely company. Ayone needing a windscreen replaced should use Novus.
