Louis is the man. He was so easy to talk to, approachable and helpful. He answered all the questions I had. Even after I bought the car the after sales assistance was amazing. Staff members are friendly, and courteous. That's when you are able to get a staff member to attend you, though. Went here a few times, and 3 staff members just ignore me even when I'm clearly in the queue and waiting, and even after making eye contacts. I end-up have to intercept one, to get anyone to help. Last time I booked a car for test drive, they gave my car and time slot to another customer despite the fact that I arrived in time for my appointment. This is my second time writing my review as they deleted my previous review.I've change my rating because their mechanics are great, through, and did a great job servicing my car. The waiting area is clean and tidy, and their coffee machine is stocked with good coffee options.

My husband tentatively spoke about replacing my car. Before the first school holidays he took me to several car dealerships to test drive several different family cars. I presumed we would take our time and perhaps buy a car 24 months later….I found Anthony Schneiderman to be patient and polite- he followed up promptly with a trade in cost for our other car. Anthony’s customer service is fantastic - my husband decided to buy me the car there and then! I have never had a new car before!Thank you again Anthony, we love our new Kia Seltos, it is great for out of town travel.
