This place charged $1000 to replace 2 seals, called it a recondition and called it a day. We didn't figure it out for nearly a year until we took it elsewhere and they had to take the rack out again and we saw they hadn't fixed the problem. When youre basically stealing from naive female customers the least you can do is include a free wheel alignment...EDIT: why would we go back to you. It was clear as day to the mechanic and us that the invoice was fraudulent and didn't match the work done to the rack. I recommend people always get a second opinion when going to you so they can ensure the work being done is 1. Necessary and 2. Actually being done. We ended up replacing the rack with a used unit with brand new rack ends and tie rods for less than half your invoice. Shame on you!

Had my steering rack reconditioned a couple of years ago 2019. After a few weeks it started making a horrible metal on metal scrapping noise with vibration through the steering wheel and a slight whine when moving the steering.I took it back they heard the noise and said it would settle down and that its ok. After a couple of months I took it back again and they said to bring it back if it gets worse. They were obviously just palming me off.It would do it the scrapping noise a couple of times a month But then we went into lockdown so couldn't do much about it. Now in 2022 the noise got a lot worse and did it every day.I decided to get a secondhand rack as it wasn't worth the hassle when i knew they would have some reason not to do anything. I had it swapped and now the car drives like new and its a lot easier steer.They most definitely did not reco mine properly. I will never use these guys again. What a waste of $1100

I took my 350z to Peter because I felt the steering wheel is turning hard than normal. Peter inspected the car and nothing was wrong with it. He could have make easily $1000 dollars but he is very honest and didn't even charge me one cent for half of day labor. Such a honest and nice bloke. Thanks Jag.

These are the only guys I’d trust with steering issues in the future. Took my 4WD to another spot and without going into details they messed it up. These guys fixed it in an hour and gave me all the information I needed on what could be done to replace the steering box. Professional, quick, good price and their communication was amazing. Can’t recommend them enough.

Awesome experience. Very helpful, professional. Priced very reasonably. Quick turnaround on the job and supplied courtesy car. Would highly recommend. Not only helped me get my money back from the workshop that caused the leak and supported me through the process, but actually took the time to demonstrate the issue with the wrong part to me in terms I could understand. Very late in posting this review but I needed the steering rack replaced in my campervan the week before Christmas. All other places I called were full, but these guys were so helpful and went out of their way to squeeze it in even though they were super busy. Much appreciated!

My daughter's 2011 Suzuki Swift steering failed it's WOF due to a steering box problem. Our service people referred us directly to PPS. They got me to come in for a quick 10 minute look to see if they could fix the problem and identified they could. Three days later the car was booked in and job done. All fixed! These guys were friendly and very knowledgeable in the area of steering and I highly recommend them.
