Moira is so very good at what she does. I don’t particularly like massage or people touching my stomach but I felt so relaxed the entire time. The next day I felt so energised, my digestion was so much better with no bloating at all! Also Moira is a beautiful person so it’s so nice to be around her energy ❤️ could not recommend more

I had the best lymphatic massage at Cothu in Hamilton! Moira is very knowledgeable about natural health and the benefits of lymphatic massage for the body. You can tell that she has years of experience because the massage felt absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being. In fact, I would go weekly if I lived in Hamilton!
