Hands down the worse customer service. Plased an order for couple of item worth almost $600. Never heard back. Had to follow up multiple time over email with no reply. Ended up getting a refund after 3 month of waiting. Of course the excuse was Covid.

Our club is a newly formed cricket club in Kaikoura. After getting back on our feet after the earthquake and then dealing with covid, like the rest of the country. We decided to invest in our junior players by getting them club shirts. Logotech went out of their way to accommodate our requests. A fantastic company to deal with. #summercricket #howgood
