Excellent service!Phoned prior to arrival and arrived earlier than expected.I had organised for 1-2 locks to be done on my house and ended up getting 5 locks done all with the same key making it easier for me.Fair and reasonably priced.Would use these guys again and recommend to anyone.Well done team keep up the good work!

The team at Western Lock Services were absolutely brilliant, from A to Z. Kylie was superb in answering my questions, booking in a locksmith, explaining the price and generally being incredibly friendly. Bevan the locksmith arrived on time (early in fact, having phoned to ask if this was OK) and did an really professional job fitting our new lock. A top bloke. And when I found a problem a couple of hours later, he came back within 30 minutes to fix it.I am honestly more than happy to recommend Western Lock Services to anyone.

Western Lock were excellent to work with. Very approachable when I initially contacted them in regards to their services and if we were able to supply our own hardware. Then Bevan was super helpful when installing our patio bolt and window stays. The whole process was fast and easy and we are so happy with their services. Very well priced too! Would use them again without hesitation.

The front door electric lock was corroded. Contacted Western Lock for the service.The entire process is just super efficient! I LIKE IT. NO MUCKING around.Kylie's communication is very efficient and effective. Macs Equipment enclosed trailer had 3 lock issues: tool box: sliding door and rear door. The serviceman quickly dismantled the toolbox and rear door locks which needed to be taken to the workshop and parts ordered. The sliding door mechanism was recitified on this visit.On the return visit, both other locks were inserted, worked immediately. He then keyed alike all 3 locks- perfect.Good comms from the office, all issues fixed at a fair price. Recommended

I contacted Western Lock Services to fix my door and they promptly provided a quote and scheduled a time within a few days. I found their price reasonable compared to others. The locksmith arrived on time and it didn't take long for him to fix the door as he replaced the old jammed lock with the new one. Overall, I found their service professional and had good customer experience. I would highly recommend contacting them to anyone in need of door repairs.

We had Matt come and help us fit some locking mechanisms on our bifold windows, doors and replace a deadlock. He was personable, left our house tidy, was a great communicator and did what we think was an immaculate job. We found Matt and his team really accomodating to help us book in and will happily use western lock services for other fittings and locks in our house.
