Phyu is very good hair dresser, she did my hair colour which was very good, I recommend to everyone to go to her....and also she did very good hair cut..

Popped in on a busy Thursday morning hoping to get my hair done without a booking (very naughty) and PHYU was an absolute gem! She not only managed to fit me into her busy schedule but also turned my hair around! Very professional and such a kind lady, I’ll be back for sure :-). Thank you Phyu <3

BEWARE. Paid for full head of highlights and colour and only received half head (as was confirmed by a later stylist I saw who showed me the massive sections the stylist at Kess skipped to do a half job). I overpaid for the work I received. Extremely stressful and unprofessional as I waited over an hour from original booking time to be serviced with no apology, and staff argued the whole time I was there. I left the salon with outdated horrible hair that was nowhere near toned the colour I desired. After talking to the manager he claimed ‘customer knows best’ yet decided to not help to fix the situation and come to my work to harass me! He also forced me to delete my original bad review if I wanted them to fix it - which was a big mistake I should have listened to my gut instincts. Head office would not sort so I decided to go somewhere else and now it looks lovely and exactly what I wanted! Please spend your money elsewhere as the hair dressers have extremely outdated techniques and will try to scam you by charging more at the till! My hair is so damaged and all they offered to do was a new toner when I was missing half a head of highlights when they originally promised me free product to help salvage it as I was not comfortable fixing it straight away with the damage done. After the service was done (3 hours after the original end time I was scheduled for) I was told to come back the next day for a blow dry and straightening as she wanted to go home! Please do not go as I’ve been to all of the other salons in the town centre and they have had to fix many of their mistakes! And the stylist will roll her eyes and yank your hair when trying to cover her mistakes. Disappointing and disgusted.

Phyu was very nice and everything I had ask her to do on my hair was done. I'm very happy with my highlights and the colour she had one on my regrowth.

Just spent money on haircut and wasn’t worth it. Not happy at all with the style even after showing the pic.

I took my son in for a haircut, we were assisted by Viral. AWESOME communication, gave my son what he wanted and delivered very well! I watched on as another customer was getting his hair done and the woman assisting him was also very kind and respectful! Definitely recommend taking your boys to see Viral at Kess Botany!!

WARNING !! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! Absolutely annihilated and RUINED. They have a reputation for bad hair colouring and they destroyed my daughters hair. THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. Dont go here!! Save yourself. Cannot get a hold of the owner. We have been in store over 4 times to seek help, a correction and or a refund. The staff are rude and unhelpful. They didn't even offer to fix my daughter's hair ! She's been left with uneven patches of colour green blue and grey on her blonde hair. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!

Please stay away if you want to colour your hair and not come out with ginger highlights and which breaks off. Very unprofessional standard. Whatever they did, they have damaged my daughter's hair. What makes it worse, she tried to relay this to them, but all they have done is gaslight and bully her in my opinion. The person claiming to be the manager acknowledged it was a poor job, that they will sort it out if she takes down her review. They then asked her to come in again, and speak to the manager, who `wasn't there

Joshi, did an amazing job with my eyebrows, fast and efficient, I suggest anyone who needs to do their eye brows come here !!!
