I went in this morning with a small issue with my dropper seat cable. I asked at the counter if someone could have a look and give me advice. They said they were very busy and wouldn't be able to do any work for quite some time. The mechanic came and had a look anyway. He ended up asking me to bring my bike in, and he worked on it for 30 minutes and sorted the issue. They were all friendly and super accommodating. Based on today's experience, I would highly recommend their services, and I will certainly be bringing my bike here for all future servicing.

Can't recommend Evo Cycles Nelson enough. This team is really very helpful and super friendly.Was in a bit of a pickle with my bike after a bent rim and they were so helpful and kind to help me out within my limited timeframe. Since then we've used this shop on multiple occasions: for a bike service, getting some parts for our bike rack and each time they deliver. Thank you!

Had nothing but good vibes from this spot. While shopping for a new bike, Larry was more than happy to spend the time to help compare options and let me try out a whole range of bike types to see what would suit me best.I ended up with an awesome deal, and the bike is sweet. When picking the bike up, Larry even helped sort me out with a few bits and bobs to send me on my way.The rest of the team were always friendly and welcoming, but Larry always went above and beyond. Give the dude a raise!

Amazing service before and during our bike purchase. When we came to collect it, the seat was fitted, and we were given lots of advice and tips. Something we had not experienced when we had previously purchased a bike from a different bigger store.

Can’t rate Joel high enough for his exceptional service at Nelson store. He found the fault with the battery on our ebike after countless times trying to get it sorted where the bike was bought from. (not Evo)He kept us informed of progress and a call this morning advising new replacement battery installed ready to go. Thanks Joel much appreciated
