Can't be happier with Fisher Windows! Not sure how it was with previous management, but now it is just PERFECT! Everything was absolutely effortless! Super efficient communication. Quick contact and reasonable quote. Fast production and professional installation exactly on time. Installers where super friendly and helpful. Had got useful recommendations and tips for the future. The whole experience was like nothing I had before. I will never have to look for another company for my windows and doors. Grateful so much to Fisher Windows for making a complicated project so smooth (whole house of windows and doors). Highly recommend!

John Gilbertson and Fisher Windows Wellington have been terrible to deal with. We've had new windows and a door that were installed by Fisher Windows Wellington and leaked. John refused to rectify the problem and after consulting with other builders and Altus, we ended up at the Disputes Tribunal. We were awarded costs to have the windows replaced to address the weathertight issues. Would not recommend anyone to use Fisher Windows Wellington. If you've had windows installed by this company you may want to get them checked. Hopeless to deal with, poor service - avoid at all costs.

I have been dealing with Russ as one of the new owners of Fisher Windows. Russ has been very helpful and patient while i worked out the best options.My first order just arrived and i couldn't be happier, exactly what i ordered and looks sharp.I understand the 2yr old reviews were made while there were different owners and certainly don't seem to reflect the Fisher Windows i have just dealt with.Thanks again Russ!

My wife and I just replaced our old rotten french doors with an amazing new two door slider. Communication from Fisher Windows was great. They were honest and empathetic when discussing delays due to lock down and delivered a superb product that has far exceeded our expectations. Great to deal with a company where both owners are so hands on and clearly know what they are talking about and recommending. Will definitely be returning in the future.

The man driving a company vehicle is a dangerous driver. Nearly cut me off the motorway by trying to by pass me on my left side on an exit, continued to drive up the rear of the vehicle in front of him despite them doing the speed limit, and swerved over both lines on the road. Do better for your community when representing a company

We will never use Fisher Windows based on the completely unacceptable behaviour of a staff member in a fully sign written vehicle. The rego is NPK343 of a small Toyota hatch. We have seen the man on multiple occasions and he seems to always be tailgating, abusing other drivers, blasting his horn and being very aggressive towards other road users. This is very unprofessional and disgusting behaviour, and is damaging the image of your company in more ways than one.
