I had the most wonderful experience at Megs and recommend them to any bride needing alternations to their gown. 3 days before my wedding I called desperately with the hope they could alter my dress. Not only did they squeeze me in at such short notice they fixed a problem I identifed at time of purchase with the dress maker and had subsequently had taken to another seamstresses trying to fix. Megs identified this problem as soon as I put on the dress and was able to do all the alterations perfectly and as a result I felt amazing in my wedding dress!

Meg’s tailoring is the absolute best of the best. They are top professionals and a dream to work with. I would recommend Meg’s Tailoring to any bride (or anyone needing something made/altered) a million times over. LOVE them and all the work they do. Many of my friends have had their dresses altered by the team there too and they never fail to do incredible work.Special shout out to Jess and Daphne who were so so lovely to work with and put so much effort into the process. All the ladies I encountered there were amazing.I came in with a very plain sample wedding dress and million and one ideas. I left with a dress that was truly unrecognisable, stunning, unique, one of a kind (I could go on, I loved it!!) The team there completely reconstructed my dress - changing the bodice, neckline, added boning, lace, changed the entire dress silhouette, the hem, made a belt, off the shoulder cape and more - It is truly incredible what they did. I have taken a number of jeans to be repaired. They quality of work is fantastic, service is professional and timely. Costs are a tad high but you get what you pay for.

Beyond grateful to this great business. Upon arriving in Auckland, my new Burberry coat got stuck on something and ripped. The team made me feel comfortable by walking through how they were going to fix it and were able to do it same day. The outcome is more than I could have hoped! You can’t even tell it ripped. Lyla is a super hero in my world. Thank you team. I could not more highly recommend this business.

My daughter has a ball to go to tomorrow and I had the most difficult dress to make for her. I had a feeling something wasn't quite right with what I was doing and Megs saved the day. Impeccable service and impeccable work. I am so grateful and so is my daughter with her beautiful perfectly finished dress.
