Pretty shocking company, advertising Pump on website for $120.0 plus postage( check Photo ) so I send somebody in to pick it up instead expecting to pay that amount but got ask to pay $159.00 for it to buy over the counter how does that work ?? Pretty rude replay to when ask way ,will not be back ever

I spent several $K a new ride-on mower. Incorrect assembly resulted in a broken belt after only 20 hours of use. Collingwood's were extremely unhelpful. Dave would not admit the incorrect assembly even though it was obvious and refused to replace the belt. I found him argumentative, condescending and told me that if he was mowing my lawns the belt would not have broken. Very poor after-sale service.Good on you Dave! You saved yourself $40, wasted an hour of my time , lost a good client and created a mountain of bad-will.

Thank you very much for your honest and professional aproach to selling a product that you obviously know and understand . We purchased from Dave and his very helpful crew , a 125 John Deere ride on.As a mechanical novice, it was explained very throughly on collection day where to grease and what to do to look after our machine.I've mowed for 6 hrs and never had my lawn looking so great!!We'll be bringing morning tea on the first service , see you in 4 hrs .Thanks from Wayne and Fiona

Without doubt, Colingwoods' are totally on to it. When it comes to power gardening, heating and BBQ's, Dave and the team at Collingwoods' are a must to see. Great gear, good pricing, quality service with awesome knowledge, integrity and follow through. My go to store for sure. p.s. Thanks for helping me into the new John Deere LA120 ride-on, it's going great - though the best thing is my wife has taken to it! ...and now, taken over doing the lawns. Wohoo!

Having experienced a few similar shops in the region I can easily say that the team and the service provided at Collingwoods is the best. True professionals who know exactly what they're doing and have the stock, knowledge and parts department to back it up.If you're looking for a new mower, ride on or standard. John Deere, BBQ, outdoor equipment etc, the team here will not only put you right, they'll ensure you never have an issue and if by chance you do, they'll know exactly how to sort it out.Can't recommend these guys enough.

Bought a ride on mower from here last year. The belt broke within 4 hours of use, went back and very condescending talking about how the lawn was too long and I was probably driving too fast - lawn was not long and I don't drive full pelt around it. I bought a new belt - fitted it my self and guess what - it hasn't broken with 23 hrs use and cutting lawns longer then when it did broke. So either the belt was faulty or incorrectly fitted. I have waited to post this review to make sure my hunch was right and it is proven to be the case. Will definitely not be going back here.

Completed a purchase online then Collingwoods Cross Country Equipment invoiced postage, at a ripoff rate, after the fact. All of the many online purchases I have made include postage when completing the transaction. Dodgey business practice and a complaint will be made to the commerce commission.

Very disappointed for their service. An old local farmer advised me never go to this shop. I understand this after I spent more than 6k. He is right. I won't spend even 1 cent in this shop. Now I using STIHL and Agrowquip, they are way better.
