Went to see the nurse today for flu injections and another matter. Didn't have to wait long. My daughter said her flu injection was painless and so was mine. Lovely kind friendly nurse.

I wouldn't recommend using this practice. We experienced a breach of privacy and serious negligence by one of the doctors. But I would recommend if you've had a similar experience to contact your lawyer or the Privacy Commissioner/Health and Disability Commissioner who will investigate this practice. We moved to another doctor to prevent this from happening again.

My wife needed stiches out as a casual patient and the nursing team were fantastic. Reception staff were helpful and got a refund when only nursing staff were required and no doctor needed. Don't believe the low ratings as we had a great experience.

From my personal experience I believe that this practice is failing in their duty of care and failing in due diligence. I saw a doctor, in my car, he said I think you have pneumonia, prescribed antibiotics and sent me on my way. 3 days later I had to rush myself to Medicare because I could not breathe. The prescribed antibiotics were doing nothing. I had been diagnosed by the doctor listening to my lungs. No sputum test.$100 later( I am a pensioner)and 3 hours I had to drive myself and my grandson home when I was in no fit state, after being put on a ventilator so I could breathe. . A week ago my grandson complained of very sore ears. He is six, no doctor saw him and a nurse spoke on the phone, no appointment, and said it would get better on its own. Prescribed pain killers. A week later, grandson is still in pain. This is an appalling way to run a medical facility that is supposed to heal the sick

Lots of new faces in the nurse department. They are very helpful. My Dr. is very good. sometimes it's hard to get an appointment & when she's away, the fill in Dr s have been ok.There seems to be a lot of Drs that go through. Not sure why. The walk in clinic rules have changed, not for the better sometimes & the hours of opening has been shortened. I have only had 1 run in With the reception Staff, but that got sorted pretty quick when I complained. A lot of new faces at reception but they have been very pleasant when I have dealt with them.

Constantly messing up appointments and not sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. Rude pushy reception staff, doctors who push the new medications even if you don't want them. They have a new computer system myindici that is rubbish, they won't share results or xrays with you unless you pay for another appointment, they don't update myindici with your appointments. My complaints go on and on.

It wasn’t always that bad but man the administration of care first needs some major revamp. Outdated procedures, and grumpy staff. The actually medical staff varies drastically but my most recent experiences have been way below optimal.

Worst Medical centre in Taranaki. Keep away at all costs. Made my wife sit in a car on a stinking hot day 40 minutes after the appointment time. Wife called me in tears. I hit the roof. Constantly get charged for appointments we did not have. Reception think they are royalty sitting on their thrones and look down on us mere mortals. The places only redeeming feature was a Doctor named Shaun Butler. He left though which means the place has no redeeming features anymore. Plunket sent a referral on behalf of our baby and reception said that they didn't know who our doctor was so they didn't accept it as our old one had left and they had not assigned a new doctor to us. Seriously.
