The customer service was excellent. The outdoor area on a beautiful saturday afternoon with the backdrop of the Hakarimata ranges made for the perfect setting.The burgers themselves were very good, juicy patties, fresh buns and a generous serving of chips. Thanks Phat Pattie, we will be back :)

Great venue, great service, great food... but....Whilst the food was amazing, $14 bucks for a single patty burger is a bit over the top. I loved every bit of it. But every where for that price is usually atleast 2 patties. Doesn't change the fact that it was fantastic. But I'd like to feel like I got my money's worth

Best burger place AND service in Hamilton /Ngaruawahia. Phat Clucka Burger is the best chicken burger around, highly recommend. Ladies in the food cart/caravan, are lovely, friendly, service with a smile always. Absolutely must try. ALL the burgers are delicious!! Go and check it out, you won't be disappointed!!

Food was amazing, service was better. They were very accommodating to my 2 year old daughter talking to her and keeping her engaged. Will definitely recommend it and will be back again
