The slowest delivery service ever. Waiting for a parcel for over 12 days now!!! After calling I was told that delivery to a rural address takes longer...we live town centre??? Lady on the phone wanted to call me back, never happened – very disappointed about this delivery service, I would never choose it myself.

Terrible service. Small parcel, Auckland to Taupo, been 7 days and still not arrived and been scanned in the courier van for 3 days in taupo but still not delivered. Local office no help, contacted main office no help. It happened last time this company was used. Don't use these guys
