Called in to get some readycrete. Was told they only come in 20kg bags now because of H&S saying not allowed any heavier. Purchased 20 bags and loaded every single one myself. Didn't catch the name of the older attendant but the younger one's name was Josh, maybe late teens. I am over 60 years old and thought they might have given me a hand. Very disappointed.

Three stars. 2.5 for product range. .5 for customer service.j am an older man who was buying 8 large bags of seed mix. The 5 employees occupying the loading area found me invisible as I struggled to get these into the back of my car. Perhaps these young strong people could benefit from some I service training. Management of customer facing employees is an essential facet of most successful businesses.

This rating actually doesn’t deserve this one star rating!.I have been very disappointed in the front desk staff member today, 02/03/23! I’ve asked him whether there was someone who could give me some advice on one of the ladders but he has been dismissive instead and said “no, there’s no one, we are short staffed”. I was appalled with the smirk on his face when he told me “have a good day”.Absolutely poor customer service!, I won’t be back.

Not a bad place to go if you want to save a bit money I found them to be cheaper than the other hard ware stores selling the same items
