CS flooring

Absolutely useless! I wanted a certain sized piece of carpet ordered for a rug, so not a huge order. Went in to store, was asked my details and went away. Got a text message to say I needed to send all details in an email, sent email straight away asking to order. A couple of weeks later with no reply I sent another email asking what's happening with my order, no reply. A couple of weeks after that I call to ask what's happening as my order was a pretty simple request and was told nothing had been done at all, and I would have to pay up front before they would do anything. Zero on customer service, and 1 star as they at least told me how useless they are in a polite way.
