I've come here multiple times for wallets and bags and a specific worker who's name I wish I knew has always been excellent. Singing, walking around and ready to assist whenever needed. Excellent

Fantastic little luggage store. I had problems online with an Auckland store but no worries here. The friendly staff sorted the issue easily and found the suitcases I'd been after instantly. I would recommend strand bags retail outlets but would suggest avoiding online.

I bought bags from strandsbags last Wednesday in between 02:45 -03:30 pm, unfortunately I left my jacket at the shop. Shop coordinators didn’t even bothered to put my jacket in lost Property items and I lost my jacket.when I asked to check CCTV they confirmed it’s none in the store and they were quite rude with me. I had really bad experience with strands bags. If you visit store, please do care of your belongings.

Visited yesterday and had worst experience!!!...the two female staff, were busy chatting with each other and didn't even cared for the customers...trust me this is one of those shops that - the moment you step in, you'll have a strong sense of xenophobic attitude from the staff....WONT EVER go, buy or suggest anyone to visit that place!!

Awesome customer service. My luggage had a problem to be fixed under warranty and I couldn't wait for more than a week. This really nice lady called Aria just arranged a replacement on the spot by a even better product, definitely recommend.

Lots of handbags, purses, suitcases & business suitable bags at a range of prices. Some very competitive sale items. I recommend joining their loyalty scheme. Lots of plain colours (black, brown, blue, etc) but also some brighter handbags - to reflect the tastes of the market I guess. There's constantly new bags coming in. Can be a little tight to move around inside. Staff are very helpful, especially with more technical" choices like suitcases

Had a very good experience with strandbags in wellington, had a zip break after been used for 7 years! Product had a 10 year warranty and strandbags replaced it there and then with no dramas! #samsonite
