Great experience all around. Great product, good price, excellent service (prompt, courteous, helpful and tidy). Would most definitely use Thermawood again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

The guys at Thermawood are all top notch! They are all professional, friendly and real craftsman. Nothing is a problem. You can't go wrong here and also the difference in heat retention before and after with retro fitting windows that are double glazed is huge! Just the ticket with rising power prices.

I found Thermowood retro fit double glazing to be transforming. The guys that installed the double glazing were so professional with their attention to detail, workmanship and including me in all decisions as they were made.My home is now cosy, warm and quiet. We are so so happy with our lounge retrofitted wooden doubleglazed windows - the guys were absolutely awesome - so lovely and professional. The first window was completed by Michael and James who were amazing and a few days later Michael and James completed the second lounge window with another 2 guys who were equally competent and friendly. This window had quite a bit of rot and they made new sashes etc which matched identically with the original windows - beautiful craftsmanship. Can't speak highly enough of these guys and Thermawood - would highly recommend them. No condensation now and the lounge feels so much warmer. Hopefully we will get them back next year to complete another window or two! Thanks to the whole team from quote to installation - very professional!

My experience with thermawood, was amazing ..was very impressed with the service, the guys that installed the glass were very professional. ..the windows and doors look like brand new. ..has made such a difference to our lounge is so much warmer .

We chose Thermawood to instal double glazing on the wooden, multi-pane windows and doors in the living areas of our Elizabethan house. We were apprehensive because our house is very traditional and we needed the windows and doors to look the same after the work was completed.Thermawood were helpful in the planning stage and confidently advised that they could do the job to our requirements. They provided a quote without delay and started the job when we gave them the go-ahead. We asked them to provide the raw wooden astragals so we could pre-paint and stain them prior to fabrication. They were happy to agree even though it required them to be careful not to damage the paint during fabrication and installation. We were so pleased we did this because it saved us a huge amount of finishing time and effort.The installation went without a hitch. The Thermawood team were jolly and obliging and went the extra mile to give us a top job. It took a while but the outcome was great.We are very happy with the finished product. It looks great and performs well both in terms of thermal efficiency and noise reduction. Our house feels warmer and more cosy.So top marks to the Thermawood team.Our only (slight) negative is that they have never contacted us since the job was completed to see if we are happy with the finished product - kind of odd given it was a successful project and they seemed happy with their work. And it was obvious we were!!We would have no hesitation is highly recommending Thermawood.
