Called them and they literally said the call volumes are to high then hung up on me. Went into the office, one staff member 3 people in front of me. A wierd beeping noise that sounds like life support. Not a good experience

I have lost faith that they can do the job. After spending $1,5B on a new computer they tell you they are not taking calls. Even the message system doesn't work anymore. Is anyone really there?

Why am I unable to speak to anyone on getting registered for a tax number?I am not a citizen, nor do I have PR, but I do have a working visa.Went in personally on a previous occasion and have been trying to speak to someone telephonically today but only some robot voice telling me that the call volumes are high and I should try the DIY options.Well,I can’t!I have to speak to someone and then go in again.

We are very elderly and trying to get our donation refund ..tried a number of times on myIRD...been into Napier office twice..told its all fixed and refund will come through tonight ...still nothing
