I have always found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing seems to much of a bother whether it’s booking a machine service that fits in with my trip to Whangarei, (I have a 5 hour round trip) to helping select fabrics. I highly recommend them.

Bernina Northland is my favourite Bernina shop because of the absolutely incredible staff. I can't speak highly enough of them. They are all so warm and welcoming when you visit the shop or phone up, and as a team they are a powerhouse of knowledge for all things sewing and Bernina! I discovered them whilst visiting Whangarei (I live 6hrs away), but have continued supporting them because I loved their A+ service so much!

I purchased a large Q29 quilting machine from Sandi and Tim a couple of years back. Recently, I upgraded from a sit down desk to a studio frame for it. The support that they give to me was phenomenal! I live in the country and they personally came out and installed the new frame and are returning next week to instruct me how to use the frame. They are a treasure! Thank you all so much for the great service.

This store is one of the best …. Sandy, Tim and their staff will bend over backwards to make sure that you get excellent service. They do an tremendous job servicing your machines and have a great range of stock to choose from. I would recommend this store. Marilyn M

I love getting Bernina Northland’s newsletters and often order fabric from their store. They deliver so quickly, often faster than stores closer to me! They are incredibly patient, lovely people. Their website is simple to use and never lets me down. Even though I don’t live near Bernina Northland I consider them my Bernina dealers :) They are a five star store and I don’t hesitate to recommend them for any sewing needs, advice and support.

Bernina Northland would have to be my favourite shop in Whangarei.From great advice on getting my new sewing machine to lovely in-shop service to the courses they offer, I am super happy.I've done quite a few courses with Sandy and I’m learning more about my machine than I could have dreamed of. It has taken my 50 years of sewing experience to a whole new level. Outside of the courses I am welcome to come in any time with questions that I have and they take the time to help me.The team are very friendly, knowledgeable and super encouraging.I also love that they have expert in-house servicing of sewing machines.
