I had one-on-one coaching with Sue and simply cannot give enough praise to the experience. Sue was incredibly insightful and genuinely listened and cared about the progress I wanted to make in my career. Over the course of my sessions, Sue enabled me to develop better strategies around communication and conflict resolution, as well as encouraging me to think about my further career. The sky is not longer the limit - now it's to infinity and beyond!

A structured way in supporting women to reflect on their career to date, and identify where they want to be in the future and what actions they need to take to get there. Jayne and Sue created a really supportive environment with a diverse group of women which allows networking and sharing of ideas. Highly recommend.

I joined Leaderful's first Mid-Career Camp program and quickly felt comfortable in the environment that Sue Watson and Jane Chater (the creators of Leaderful) set up! I felt safe enough to collaborate and reflect openly on my career and this is reflective of the support that Sue, Jayne, the other ladies in the program and the program content provided. The program allowed me to reflect deeply on my career aspirations in order to create a meaningful career plan. My experience with Leaderful has been meaningful in many ways; from connecting with inspiring and dedicated women to reflecting on my career passions and building my confidence in pursuing them. I am grateful for the opportunity to have taken part in this great initiative to support female leadership!

I attended Career Camp in the first cohort of participants. Jayne and Sue created a wonderfully safe, and collaborative space for us to reflect individually and as a group on our respective career paths. The content was both practical and structured, and each session had a theme that built logically on the learnings from the previous session. It covered a wide range of topics, and I always left the sessions feeling really inspired and equipped with practical tools to proactively manage my career path. Since attending Career Camp I now know what I need to do to take the necessary next steps in my career, and have the confidence to do so.

It has been an eye opener and fantastic journey and Jayne and Sue are brilliant facilitators. The best part is that I have got to know some amazing women from all over New Zealand that I never would have connected with if it was not for Career Camp! Super grateful ⭐️ I can’t recommend this program enough.

I had the privilege of six one on one sessions with Jayne, to support and develop my professional journey as I look towards my future career aspirations. Eye-opening, thought provoking and insightful come to mind when reflecting on these sessions. Jayne has a fantastic way of framing insights, reflections and pulling these together to guide you in your journey. Great communication and conversation, combined with excellent tools and resources. I was feeling very unsure of my purpose and place at a pivotal moment in my career path - but with Jayne's support, I now feel empowered and excited for the next step. Leaderful proposed a program that was well suited and worked with me and my people leader to understand my development needs. Sue is motivational and inspiring. Working with her and Jayne helped me think and gain clarity about my future career journey and the next best steps to help get me there, the first of which I've taken with a great, purposeful new role.

I can highly recommend the Leaderful Career Camp experience. Sue and Jayne are excellent facilitators and have been able to provide a space for women to challenge their own perceptions of career success and to work towards developing a more strategic and purpose-filled mindset with regards to career mapping. Beyond this, the camp offers a place of connection for career-minded women to support one another and to develop authentic relationships across various industries or fields.
